This studio is one of five studios in a house of one woman and three men.
There is mixed group of housemates living in the property. We have some older tenants between the ages of 35-50 and some younger housemates between the ages of 25-35. All the housemates are very clean and there is a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere within the property. This property would suit a young professional.

The studio has a kitchenette and en-suite and is unfurnished.

There are good transport links as it's just a few minutes walk to the No 7 bus stop which serves town and Staple Hill. There is also external bike storage.

Water bill is included-all other bills to be paid by the tenant.

5 weeks rent will be required as a deposit and this, along with one months rent, must be paid in advance. Broadband & mobile coverage:

Please note if
you wish to secure this property we will require a holding deposit of one weeks
