Senior Property Manager
Rhea is the first point of contact for her tenants' and landlords' queries and brings more than 10 years of customer service experience. As well as managing her own portfolio, she oversees the day-to-day running of the property management and administration team.

Claire joined BPP in 2026 as a Property Manager, bringing more than 20 years of property management experience with her. She looks after a portfolio of BPP's shared houses and is the first point of contact for her tenants and landlords for any troubles needing sorting!

Jahkiyda joined BPP after completing his Level 3 in IT and is working towards his Level 3 Property Management qualification. Time at a logistics company sharpened his organisation and problem-solving. Outside work he plays basketball.
Property Administrator
Ruth joined on a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship after A-levels in Business, Criminology and Psychology. She puts new tenants through referencing and supports the team with their properties.
Finance Manager
Greg joined BPP on an apprenticeship after his A-levels, completed his AAT and is working towards full CIMA certification. He runs day-to-day finance, makes sure contractors and landlords are paid promptly, and keeps a firm arrears process in place.
Finance Assistant
Harry joined after A-levels in Business, Maths and Economics and is studying AAT Level 4 on an apprenticeship. He reconciles tenant payments and keeps tenant and landlord rental statements up to date.
Finance Manager
Hayley has been Finance Manager since the business started in 2012, after 12 years at Lloyds Bank. She has a degree in Financial Services and an MBA, and owns a property portfolio with Nick.
Marketing Assistant
Jacob studied Marketing at the University of Southampton and ran his own clothing brand before joining BPP. He manages BPP's social media and leads marketing for tenants and landlords.
Co-founder
Nick has been investing in property since 2006 and has led the lettings business since it started in 2012. Before property he was a Branch Manager with TNT and a Regional Business Manager for Kalon Paints, and spent a year as a football commentator in Argentina. He is an accredited landlord with the National Residential Landlords Association.

Ashley has sourced and project-managed 58 HMO refurbishments with budgets totalling more than £1.4m since 2012. Ashley trains the team on refurbishment and maintenance so properties achieve strong room rents with low long-term maintenance costs, and heads up BPP's marketing.
