As tenants, we’re pretty straightforward and like to pay attention to the details, but BPP nailed it from start to finish.
From the smooth move-in process to quickly fixing things like a faucet and doing some painting, all the way to the moving-out process and deposit return, they never let us down. Communication was always clear and timely, and they really know how to build great relationships with their tenants.
